Greg Karch is the founder and managing shareholder of DLT Law Group, P.A. in Tampa, Florida. He is a business transactions attorney practicing corporate law, business entity formation, governance, and restructuring along with mergers and acquisitions and securities regulation. He also practices in intellectual property law, focusing on trademark law, trade secrets and IP licensing agreements. Greg represents clients with legal issues surrounding digital currency, emerging blockchain applications, and smart contracts. Greg also possesses knowledge and expertise in equity crowdfunding, private equity transactions, capital markets, and securities regulation. Greg works with public and private corporations, closely held businesses, and start-up and emerging tech companies. Greg has 20 years of non-lawyer experience in business and law. Greg graduated cum laude from Florida A&M University School of Law, where he served as a senior editor on the Florida A&M Law Review and was name Senior Editor of the Year. Greg achieved an LL.M. in Business Transactions from the University of Alabama in 2017. Prior to law school, Greg graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colorado State University in 1993 and earned a Master of Public Administration degree from Troy University in 1994 while serving in the United States Navy. Greg published several scholarly articles related to business transactions, touching on digital currency, blockchain, smart contracts, due diligence, risk management and cost controls. Greg is a member of the Florida Bar. Originally from Colorado, Greg has lived the Tampa area since 1999 with his wife, Patty Karch. Greg and Patty have two children, Camdyn and Colin.

Sasha is a Partner at DLT Law Group, P.A. where she focuses on the Fintech sector. She is a member of both the Florida Bar and the United States Federal Courts. She began her career in the virtual currency arena in 2014 and helps her clients navigate the burgeoning regulations surrounding cryptocurrencies. Sasha has worked on Private Placement Token Offerings, Initial Coin Offerings, Business Formation, Operating Agreements, and Corporate Bylaws, Drafting Asset Purchase Agreements, Advisor Agreements, Professional Services Agreements, Shareholder Purchase Agreements, AML/KYC Policies, Opinion Letters, and SAFE & SAFT Agreements, and various other contracts. She has experience in Money Service Business Registration, Money Transmission License Applications, Representing buyers and sellers in institutional bitcoin transactions, Plaintiff Litigation against alleged fraudulent exchanges, Legal Consulting to ICO Marketing Firms, and Whitepaper drafting and/or review.
Prior to joining DLT Law Group, P.A., Ms. Hodder gained valuable experience in a business litigation firm where she specialized in corporate contractual dispute litigation. By starting her career as a Series 7-Licensed Trader for TD Ameritrade, Ms. Hodder gained a ground-level perspective of the equities markets and the intricacies of global economics. She also spent a number of years working as Vice President of Sales for NEI Investments, Canada’s leader in Socially Responsible Investing, using shareholder action to deliver superior risk-adjusted returns over the long run.
Sasha’s education includes a Juris Doctor (“JD”) from the Florida Coastal School of Law where she was a member of the Deans List, competed at five Moot Court Competitions around the country, and earned the Book Award for Contracts II and Business Law. She graduated from the Wilfrid Laurier School of Business and Economics with a Masters of Business Administration (“MBA”). She was an honors student, a member of the MBA Student Association, and the President & Co-Founder of the Net Impact Program. Sasha received her Bachelor of Commerce (“BCOMM”) from the University of Western Ontario, where she won the Ontario and Canadian University Rowing Championships and was named Kiwanis Athlete of the Year in 2005. Sasha obtained her FINRA Series 7, and Series 66 licenses, as well as the Canadian Securities Course.
During her free time, Ms. Hodder competes in Triathlons around Florida and writes articles for her legal blog or conducts interviews for her podcast, the Hodlcast. She is also a digital art enthusiast and attends as many crypto conferences as she can.

John is both active startup founder and attorney, who relinquished his “recovering attorney” status to advise other startups through his unique perspective. John is Co-founder and CEO of SaaS collaboration company Cnverg, and splits his time between the Austin and Philly Metro areas where Cnverg is based.

Louis Berk was born in Caracas, Venezuela where he lived with his parents and younger sister. In the Summer of 1994, his parents made the life changing decision to relocate to the United States. This move was challenging and forced Louis to learn a new language, make new friends and start a new life in Florida. However, Louis was up for the challenge and was excited for a new beginning. He grew up in Hollywood, Florida and later attended Florida Atlantic University (FAU) in Boca Raton. At FAU he received a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a concentration on Finance and Accounting. Following his graduation Louis moved to Orlando and attended Florida A&M College of Law where he received a Juris Doctorate degree in 2014.
In December of 2014 Louis took an opportunity presented to him to work at McBride, Scicchitano&Leacox P.A. He oversaw his own case load in the litigation department and put his fluent spanish to daily use. During his time at McBride, Louis oversaw thousands of cases and in his three year span recovered millions of dollars for his clients. While he took away various learnings every week, Louis always viewed his clients' satisfaction as key to a successful business.
In January 2018,Louis embraced his passion for business, tech and blockchain and co-founded Blockchain Partners, PLLC. His firm specializes in security and utility token sales, SAFT and SAFE agreements, as well as handling any other matter involving digital currencies.
Louis currently lives in Orlando, Florida with his fiancé Marisa. He is an avid sports fan and loves to travel around the world. He also believes that giving back to the community is extremely important. In 2018, Louis will participate with the Camaraderie Foundation for the second year. This foundation aligns veteransentering civilian life with a mentor. Louis has an immense amount of gratitude for our veterans and finds joy being able to give back to them.

He is licensed to practice law in both Massachusetts and Florida. Alexander has experience with multiple tech startups, as a founder and/or general counsel in the areas of blockchain startups, legal-tech platforms, and entertainment firms. He is also the President of Massachusetts Association of Hispanic Attorneys, served as a Vice President of the Harvard Graduate Council, and regularly speaks on panels regarding policy, advocacy, and innovation.

Hayden Morgan is an attorney at DLT Law Group, P.A. He is a member of the New York state bar and has acquired experience in drafting SAFE & SAFT Agreements, researching international and domestic securities laws and protocols as well as contract formation. Morgan obtained his Juris Doctor in May 2017 from Florida Coastal School of Law (FCSL). He earned his undergraduate degree in Sociology from William Paterson University in 2009, and then entered a four-year service tour in the United States Army. While serving, he worked as an air-traffic controller and intelligence analyst in Afghanistan. Following his honorable discharge, he continued his work with servicemen and women as a medical support assistant at the Manhattan VA. While in law school, Morgan was a member of Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity, International Law Student Association (ILSA) where he held the position of secretary, Caribbean Law Student Association (CLSA) and the African Law Student Association. His interest in international law led to an externship at the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia in 2015. As a member of the school's mock trial team, Morgan was awarded for his performance during competitions. In his 3L year, he served as a teaching assistant for Contracts II. He also won the Book Award for Family Law and Caribbean Law Clinic. Currently, he is practicing Mandarin, with the hope to become fluent in a few years. Morgan was born in New York and raised in New Jersey. His interests include dancing, martial arts, traveling and public speaking.
