Gregory M. Karch
Greg Karch is a Shareholder at DLT Law Group. He is admitted to the Florida bar; practicing in business formation and structuring, transactions, governance, and finance, including mergers and acquisitions and securities regulation, with a specialization in crypto currency, blockchain, and other distributed ledger technology.
Greg works with private corporations, non-profits, closely held businesses, and start-up and emerging companies. His practice focuses on emerging blockchain technology companies and implementation of smart contract solutions across business transactions. Greg also has experience with commercial leasing and licensing, including extensive experience in the tower leasing, licensing and the telecommunications industry. Greg brings over 20 years of non-lawyer experience in business and law to the business law practice.
Greg holds an LLM in Business Transactions from the University of Alabama. Greg graduated cum laude from Florida A&M University School of Law, where he was a member of the Florida A&M Law Review.
Prior to law school, Greg graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colorado State University and earned a Master of Public Administration degree from Troy University while serving in the United States Navy.
Greg has published several scholarly articles related to business transactions, exploring policy and legal issues related to digital currency, blockchain, smart contracts, due diligence, risk management and cost controls.
Sasha is an attorney at DLT Law Group, where she focuses on the Fintech sector. She is a member of both the Florida Bar and the United States Federal Courts. She began her career in the virtual currency arena in 2014 and helps her clients navigate the burgeoning regulations surrounding cryptocurrencies.
Prior to joining DLT Law Group, Mrs. Hodder gained valuable experience in a business litigation firm where she specialized in corporate contractual dispute litigation. By starting her career as a Series 7-Licensed Trader for TD Ameritrade, Mrs. Hodder gained a ground-level perspective of the equities markets and the intricacies of global economics. She also spent a number of years working as Vice President of Sales for NEI Investments, Canada’s leader in Socially Responsible Investing, using shareholder action to deliver superior risk-adjusted returns over the long run.
Sasha’s education includes a Juris Doctor (“JD”) from the Florida Coastal School of Law where she was a member of the Deans List, competed at five Moot Court Competitions around the country, and earned the Book Award for Contracts II and Business Law. She graduated from the Wilfrid Laurier School of Business and Economics with a Masters of Business Administration (“MBA”). She was an honors student, a member of the MBA Student Association, and the President & Co-Founder of the Net Impact Program.Sasha received her Bachelor of Commerce (“BCOMM”) from the University of Western Ontario, where she won the Ontario and Canadian University Rowing Championships and was named Kiwanis Athlete of the Year in 2005. Sasha obtained her FINRA Series 7, and Series 66 licenses, as well as the Canadian Securities Course.
Louis Berk is an Of Counel attorney to DLT Law Group. He is admitted to the Florida bar; practicing in peronal injury and business transactions, with a growing specialization in crypto currency, blockchain, and other distributed ledger technology.
Louis works with a varieyt of business entities, including closely held businesses and start-up entreprenuers. His practice focuses on emerging blockchain technology companies and implementation of smart contract solutions across business transactions. Louis also maintains a thriving personal injury practice and work with DLT client on various litigation matters.
Louis graduated from Florida A&M University School of Law.
